Submit a Nomination for Sharp Shooter
Since 1999, West Virginia Executive magazine has been recognizing young professionals who drive the state’s success with its Young Guns honor program. After many requests, the publishers at Executive Ink, LLC decided in 2016 to induct WVE’s first class of Sharp Shooters: West Virginians 43 years of age or older who have been in their West Virginia-based position for at least five years and have a record of active participation in community service and philanthropic efforts.
Sharp Shooter honorees represent a strong pool of state leaders who have accomplished great things in the business world and in their communities. Sharp Shooters embody the characteristics of discipline, drive, charity, focus, ambition and strong principles. The Sharp Shooters Class of 2021 will be featured in the May 2021 issue and recognized at a reception in Charleston.

– Must be 43 years of age or older by February 15, 2022
– Must have been a resident of West Virginia for at least five years
– Must have been in their current position for at least five years
