In the first workshop you will get a realistic assessment of your financial standing, set goals, and learn about budgeting. In the second workshop, you will assess your credit and debt situation and get guidance for improving your credit and paying down your debt. The third workshop is focused on building and protecting your assets by learning ways to save money while protecting yourself and your loved ones from financial fraud and abuse. Participation in all three of the sessions is required.

The program is free but seating is limited and reservations are required. Sign up today by calling (304) 205-6690 or (304) 205-6666 to register for sessions at either location.

BridgeValley Community and Technical College was founded on March 20, 2014 after the consolidation of Bridgemont and Kanawha Valley Community and Technical Colleges. Existing campus locations will be maintained in Montgomery and South Charleston, along with the addition of the new Advanced Technology Center. BridgeValley offers skill sets, certificates, and associate degrees to prepare for a career, improve existing skills or facilitate transfer to a baccalaureate institution. Whatever one’s academic goal may be, he or she will find the necessary resources at BridgeValley to support efforts in achieving success.
