A total of 124 golfers have signed up for the 19th Annual Mon Health Medical Center Foundation Pete Dye Golf Classic on Monday, June 11, at the Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport. The golfers will tee off at Noon.
All proceeds will benefit the Mon Health Medical Center Radiation Therapy Center. The tournament is expected to net approximately $45,000.
Tournament format is scramble with four-person teams. Prizes will be awarded for Low Net and Low Gross, as well as for a number of skills.
A variety of raffle prizes will be awarded. Among these is one shot at a hole-in-one to win $1 million, the opportunity to shoot a round on a machine gun at Defense in Depth in Morgantown, and a round of golf for four at Pete Dye including overnight lodging.
Chairman sponsors for the event include ADEPT Health, Lumos Networks, W.G. Tomko Incorporated Contractors, March-Westin Company and Accelerated Construction Services.
