BlaineTurner Advertising, Inc. (BTA), a full-service marketing firm in Morgantown, WV, has added considerable hardware to its awards shelf this year.
The agency brought home two Telly Awards for its video production highlighting cardiac surgery and the Clinical Resources Program at Western Maryland Health System in Cumberland, MD. The Telly Awards honor the very best film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.
BTA’s Aster Award honored the agency’s total marketing campaign, “This Is Where,” for United Hospital Center, a 300-bed healthcare facility in Bridgeport, WV. The multimedia campaign promoted the hospital’s service lines, employment opportunities and physician recruitment.
In addition, four Communicator Awards were presented to BTA for its work on United Hospital Center’s print advertising campaign, “This Is Where”; two television commercials for Western Maryland Health System; and the corporate Web site for Swanson Industries, a global manufacturing firm headquartered in Morgantown, WV.
The agency was also presented with six Healthcare Advertising Awards, the largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards organization honoring exceptional quality, creativity and message effectiveness.
Five of the six awards recognized BTA’s work for United Hospital Center that included the facility’s employment Web site, a direct mail piece for UHC Urology, imprinted materials for the facility’s 2013 Heart Walk, a television commercial for WVU Healthcare Neurosurgery, Spine, and Pain Center at UHC, and an online educational video for the Cecil B. Highland, Jr. and Barbara B. Highland Cancer Center. The sixth award was earned for a television commercial highlighting Western Maryland Health System’s Clinical Resources Program.
Most recently, the Greater Morgantown Convention and Visitors Bureau’s “Mo” promotion was honored with “Best Overall Marketing Campaign” at the 2014 “Stars of the Industry” Tourism Awards at the Governor’s Conference on Tourism. The digital, social and print marketing efforts for the campaign were produced by BTA.
