Mardi Gras Casino & Resort officials today announced plans to assist needy children in the City of Dunbar this summer. The resort is giving a $3,000 donation to supply day passes to the city pool. In addition, Mardi Gras is giving free lunch, supplied from its mobile kitchen, to pool patrons every Wednesday.

City of Dunbar Mayor Jack Yeager will be present to accept the $3,000 check from Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. This donation will supply needy children with day passes to visit the pool this summer.
In addition, the Mardi Gras mobile kitchen will be at the pool every Wednesday from June 6 until Labor Day. Everyone who spends the day at the pool will receive a ticket for a free hot dog, chips and drink.
