Beech Fork State Park is now offering free Wi-Fi service to overnight guests at all six deluxe cabins and to campground guests at the park headquarters. Wi-Fi service is available at all six vacation cabins.
“Wi-Fi is becoming an expected amenity for vacationers and we’re glad to be able to offer the service,” said Matt Yeager, superintendent at Beech Fork State Park.
The spacious and modern design of Beech Fork’s fully equipped vacation cabins are now complemented with Wi-Fi service, while the Old Orchard campground offers 49 sites with water, electricity and sewer with nearby WI-FI. The electric-only campgrounds include deluxe comfort stations and nearby Wi-Fi as well.
According to Woodall’s Campground Management publication, 41 percent of the decisions on where to go camping are based on the availability of Wi-Fi and technology.
“The solution at Beech Fork was to incorporate Wi-Fi for guest use where the service is most reliable,” according to Yeager. “For those who use cellular phones, good-to-excellent AT&T service is available throughout the park.”
Beech Fork State Park has 275-campsites, six deluxe cabins, a 50-meter swimming pool for summer fun, picnic shelters and the lake for fishing, paddle boats and other water recreation. A summer nature-based and outdoor recreation activity schedule is also part of the park’s appeal.
