WHAT: Morgantown Eats is a weeklong celebration that kicks off on Dec. 5 with a Culinary Crawl where tour guides will take participants through downtown exploring the history of the area and sampling tasty eateries along the way. This celebration of cuisine continues through Dec. 12 with the first ever Downtown Morgantown Restaurant Week, with special discounted menus being offered by select local businesses.
WHO: Morgantown Eats is a project conceived by students at the WVU Reed College of Media in partnership with the Greater Morgantown CVB, Main Street Morgantown and the Monongalia Arts Center (MAC). Proceeds from the event support the MAC.

WHERE: The culinary crawl tours will begin at the MAC located at 107 High Street and end at Arts Mon located at 201 High Street, making stops along the way. Restaurants participating in Restaurant Week are located throughout the downtown and Wharf District areas of Morgantown.
NOTE: Registration is required for the Culinary Crawl, as it is a pre-sale only event. Registration is not required for Restaurant Week, but most restaurants strongly suggest reservations. A few restaurants require reservations to receive the special event discount.
