The South Charleston Chamber of Commerce will host its 24th Annual Groundhog Breakfast on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. The event will take place at the Holiday Inn & Suites Charleston West (400 2nd Avenue, SW, South Charleston, WV).
This long-standing tradition features different presentations from various sectors affecting the business community, with this year’s focus being on education and energy. The South Charleston Chamber is pleased to announce that Secretary of State Natalie Tennant will be speaking at the event. Along with Secretary Tennant, also scheduled to speak are: Dr. Michael J. Martirano, State Superintendent of West Virginia Schools; Sara McDowell, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters; and Mike John, President and CEO of Northeast Natural Energy.

The breakfast buffet will begin at 7:30 a.m. The program takes place from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 9:00 a.m. The cost is $35 per person or $250 for a table of eight.
