Eagle Manufacturing Company was recently named West Virginia’s top manufacturing brand and among the top 50 brands in the nation by HBSDealer, a well-known industry publication that focuses on hardware and building suppliers, and covers retailers, distributors and manufacturers who serve hardware store, lumberyard, and farm and ranch markets.
On February 17, 2016, HBSDealer published its picks for top manufacturing brands from a national viewpoint emanating from headquarter locations in each of the 50 states. Eagle Manufacturing was chosen and featured in a news article by HBSDealer, and the outline of the state of West Virginia was filled with an Eagle logo in the article’s accompanying map.
Joe Eddy, Eagle’s president and CEO, said he is excited for the company to be recognized as the leading manufacturing brand in the state as well as one of the top 50 brands in the country. “After more than 122 years in business in West Virginia, we are proud of our tradition of providing innovative quality products and service to our customers around the globe,” he said.
Eagle has recently updated its brand to better reflect the quality and breadth of the products and service provided to customers, he said. “We make our customers priority one, and we are extremely honored to be selected by HBSDealer for this recognition.”
The selection process was informed by HBSDealer’s Industry Scoreboard Series, Internet research tools and, ultimately, the opinions of HBSDealer editors. Perceived ties went to the retailer/dealer over the manufacturer/supplier.
