A dinner cruise on the Island Belle sternwheeler is part of the Parkersburg Point Park Concert Series that begins Friday, June 3, 2016. A country-style dinner and boat ride on the Ohio River sets the stage before the musical presentation sponsored by Downtown PKB.
The Island Belle departs Point Park in downtown Parkersburg at 6 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. before the 8-11 p.m. concert by U.S. Stones, a Rolling Stones tribute band. The dinner cruise ticket, which includes the river cruise and dinner, is $27 for adults and $21 for children ages 3-12.
The menu offers a choice of one entrée (baked steak or pan fried chicken) with country-style green beans, mashed potatoes, house salad, roll with butter, dessert, and beverage (vegetarian menu available upon request). Seating is limited and reservations are required. To purchase tickets for the dinner cruise, call the park office at 304-420-4800.
