The Secretary of State’s Office released a promotional video to promote the West Virginia One Stop Business Center.
Secretary Warner made the One Stop initiative a major priority for his first year in office. With the continued support of the West Virginia Senate, House of Delegates, Governor’s Office, State Tax Department, Division of Labor and Workforce West Virginia – the idea is now a reality.
Last Fall, the One Stop officially opened its doors becoming the first and only single-location business and licensing center in the country (link). The One Stop is located at 1615 Washington Street East, less than a block from the State Capitol Complex. The One Stop offers free and easy parking behind the building.
Recent legislation offers business owners and entrepreneurs licensing and registration services in as little as one hour.
For more information, inquiries should be directed to Matt Gallagher, Director of the One Stop Business Center at 304-558-8000 or mgallagher@wvsos.gov.
