The Resort at Glade Springs will hold its third Community Sale, to be held Saturday, May 19 from 8 am to 1 pm inside the Resort’s Inn and Conference Center, located at 255 Resort Drive in Daniels, West Virginia. Members of the Glade Springs community and area vendors will sell personal belongings, crafts and donated merchandise at the event. This Community Sale is open to all members of the public.
“We’re pleased to make this one-stop shopping event free for the public to attend this year,” says Ashley Long, the Resort’s Creative Director and organizer of the Community Sale. “Our Community Sale has always been a hit in the past, even though we had been charging an admission fee. Now, everyone in our region can come and shop until they drop on some gently used, previously loved items from our Glade Springs community in the area’s biggest indoor yard sale, free of charge. We’ll also have vendors selling apparel such as Lularoe, skin care products, crafts and more. We’ll be serving coffee and breakfast until 10:30 am at our Rotunda, which is located inside the Inn next to all of the sales booths. Plus, after the sale, Bunkers Sports Bar here at the Resort will be hosting free outdoor live music from Victor Lawson and Boogie Chillen from 3 pm to 6 pm, and everyone is welcome to attend, so we encourage everyone to come out and make a day of it with us!
