In collaboration with the West Virginia Development Office and WorkForce West Virginia, Kelly Services is holding a job fair to hire up to 350 technical support advisors for KellyConnect®, the company’s contact center management solutions program. The job fair is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., June 25-26, BridgeValley Community and Technical College, South Charleston.
“KellyConnect is committed to bringing jobs to people where they want to work, and our home-based agent model does exactly that,” said Kelly Services Vice President Jeff Christofis, who manages the KellyConnect program. “We have had great success recruiting in states with a committed workforce. West Virginia not only has a strong demographic of available talent with a great work ethic, a passion for success, and a desire to learn new skills, but the Department of Commerce has been very supportive and collaborative throughout the process. KellyConnect is excited to conduct live interviews in Charleston later this month.”

The technical support advisors will provide customer service to resolve technology questions, challenges and problems. The advisors will support computers, operating systems and mobile devices.
Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate and have a minimum of six months of customer service experience. Successful applicants must also provide their own phone and internet services and quiet work environment.
