Community Autism Resources and Education Systems (CARES) of Winfield, WV, is hosting its first annual AuSome Golf Tournament at Sleepy Hollow Golf and Country Club on September 30, 2019. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and tee time is 10 a.m.
CARES, a new nonprofit organization in Putnam County, aims to build a sense of community among the special needs population and create more opportunities for these children and their families. CARES is seeking sponsorships for this event — a great opportunity to showcase your business and help create the world that should be for West Virginia families facing autism. Golfers are also encouraged to register online for the event. In addition to the golf scramble, there will be great meals, raffles and prizes.
