Coldwell Banker Premier recently held its annual awards recognition event for the 2019 sales period. A live gala was scheduled to be held earlier this year but had been postponed due to COVID-19 regulations. Instead, the agents joined the company leadership and staff on a Zoom call that was also attended by Liz Gehringer, Chief Operating Officer of the Coldwell Banker® system. Worldwide, the Coldwell Banker brand awards companies and agents for their sales production every year. Gehringer announced that as a company, Coldwell Banker Premier has earned the President’s Award of Honor, one of the highest awards given to Coldwell Banker offices/companies for excellence in sales. Gehringer also recognized the following Coldwell Banker Premier agents who received awards from the brand this year:
- Wendy Conner has qualified to join Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle. This prestigious honor has been awarded to only the top five percent of all sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
- Ten agents have earned membership in the company’s International Diamond Society, a level achieved by the top ten percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. The agents who received this award are Craig Alexander, David Hoffman, Brooke Hulver, Keith Kirk, Nettie Seaton, Rick Kucharski, Teresa Seville, Terry Walker, Tim Shamblin, and Tracy Link.
- Four agents and two teams have attained entry into the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society: Judy Wolfrey, Kathy Montgomery, Matt Bradley, Mercedes Prohaska, The Miller Team, and Team Whitehead. This distinguished membership was awarded to the top fifteen percent of all sales associates affiliated with the brand worldwide. Team Whitehead was also recognized as the #1 Coldwell Banker Team in the state of West Virginia for the fourth consecutive year.
Locally, Coldwell Banker Premier acknowledges the achievements of its agents as well. While there were many awards given in various categories, the primary focus is that of excellence in sales production. The top awards for sales in 2019 are as follows:
- Highest Volume, Individual: Wendy Conner
- Highest Units, Individual: David Hoffman
- Highest Units and Volume, Team 4+ members: Team Whitehead
- Highest Units and Volume, Team 1-3 members: The Miller Team
- Rising Star: Nicole Lewis
