On Friday, August 1, the Center for Organ Recovery & Education & Donate Life West Virginia celebrates West Virginia Donor Day—a day to honor the generosity of donors and encourage more West Virginians to sign up as organ, tissue and cornea donors.
The organization has partnered with GoMart to host two public outreach events where residents can learn more and register on-site:

9 a.m.–2 p.m.
These events are part of a broader effort that brings together local businesses, hospital systems and community partners to raise awareness across West Virginia.
The Center for Organ Recovery & Education is available for media interviews and can connect reporters with transplant recipients, donor families and people currently on the transplant waiting list. B-roll footage and photography are available for media use.
