In partnership with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leader in development and research, Newsweek compiled its Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list by surveying over two million employees across companies of various sizes, from 50 to 100,000 employees. The survey measured employee engagement, workplace satisfaction and commitment to company success, highlighting organizations that create the most positive and dedicated work environments.

This recognition marks Aim’s second consecutive year on Newsweek’s coveted list. The journey began last year when Aim’s Vice President of Marketing, Jessica Deane, identified the opportunity for certification as a Most Loved Workplace. Jessica Deane and her team reached out to approximately 1,000 employees, encouraging participation in BPI’s anonymous survey. The response was overwhelmingly positive, resulting in Aim’s certification as a Most Loved Workplace. To maintain this momentum, Deane sought recertification in 2024, and once again, the employees delivered impressive feedback, securing their place on the list once more.

“My goal in pursuing the Most Loved Workplace certification was to showcase the incredible culture and reputation Aim has built and sustained for decades, which is one of our major competitive advantages as an employer and a commercial transportation solutions provider,” Deane says.

“The nature of our industry is built on trusted, long-term relationships, and that’s why companies like doing business with Aim,” Deane says. “We have some of the best and brightest who go out of their way to support each other and serve our customers, and earning a spot on Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces helps us to communicate this on a large, national level while also continuing to attract the industry’s top talent who are looking for a rewarding and supportive environment to grow their careers.”
