Aim Transportation Solutions, a family-owned and -operated leading provider of commercial fleet services, is inviting truck drivers, local businesses, members of the press and community leaders to a grand opening and job fair community event at 403 Buckeye Street, Parkersburg, on May 16 from noon to 6 p.m.
Truck drivers with a CDL-A are highly encouraged to stop by and learn more about the rewarding career opportunities at Aim, one of Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces.  The event will feature a barbeque lunch, swag, on-the-spot interviews and information about the benefits of driving for Aim.
The available driver opportunities are for valued, Aim-dedicated fleet customer and local business, Wincore Windows. Along with great employee benefits, highlights of the position include:
- $0.80/mile with stop pay
- Weekly guarantee of $1,400
- $10,000 retention bonus
- Two consecutive days off each week
- Regional haul
- Hauling patio doors and windows
Each driver applicant who attends the event and completes an application will receive a $25 gift card. Although not required, Aim is asking interested drivers who plan on attending the Parkersburg community event to RSVP by submitting their name, phone number and email address here.
Interested drivers with their CDL-A and one year of driving experience who can’t attend the event can still apply for open positions here.
Aim’s Parkersburg location supports all of Aim’s commercial fleet services—including full-service leasing, commercial truck and trailer maintenance, dedicated contract carriage and more—and features two large pull-through bays. The site is fully staffed with expert diesel technicians equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic equipment. The current Aim shop hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
