John Finlayson has joined AlignHR, LLC as the Professional Development Strategist. In his previous employment, Mr. Finlayson’s experience in diverse banking positions have included corporate trainer, commercial lender, executive coordinator, and small business expert. Each have prepared him well to launch his new career.
John is well known as an instructor at the WV School of Banking for his integrated approach to helping people at all levels develop their potential. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Charleston in their MBA program, working with graduate students having limited work experience to enhance their personal and professional development. John has completed 41 years with the WV National Guard, was a Chief Master Sergeant and retired with the position of Training Manager.
