Trigg comes to Bailey & Wyant from Frost Brown Todd with diverse experience in handling a myriad of cases in trials and appeals in state and federal courts. He is licensed in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio and is admitted to practice in various federal jurisdictions.
In civil matters, Trigg has tried cases involving product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. On the criminal side, he has tried cases involving RICO, CCE, murder, embezzlement and conspiracies as a federal prosecutor and defense counsel.
Trigg has tried more than 150 civil and criminal cases and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is listed in the Best Lawyers In America® in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation.
