A distinguished and highly recognized trial lawyer, author and lecturer, Mr. Farrell contributes his talent locally and across the state of West Virginia in many significant ways as reflected by his status as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
In addition to the complex product liability, mass tort, commercial and employment litigation cases he manages at Farrell, White & Legg, PLLC, he is highly dedicated to education initiatives. Governor Tomblin appointed him to serve asa Commissioner on the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission. He is an active member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Marshall University School of Pharmacy as one of the professors teaching its pharmacy law curriculum.
