The West Virginia Blues Society, Inc. is excited to announce the return of its rockin’ annual event, the 6th Annual Charlie West Blues Fest (CWBF), Friday, May 17th and Saturday, May 18th at Haddad Riverfront Park in Charleston, WV.
This free event, which has gained national attention throughout its five-year history, will play host to some of the most talented and up-and-coming blues artists in the country and from around the world.
“The Charlie West Blues Fest is a tribute to our military and their families,” says Jack Rice, president of the West Virginia Blues Society. “With an economic impact of more than $1 million, crowds that exceed 30,000 and donations to the Wounded Warrior Project of more than $10,000 per year, the CWBF is a win-win for everyone involved.”
