Sauro, loan servicing assistant supervisor, has worked for the bank since 2011 and is also a graduate of West Virginia University.
The West Virginia School of Banking is governed by a Board of Trustees, which consists of bank executives throughout the state. The faculty consists of bankers, educators and professional leaders, with excellent teaching credentials and vast experience. Dr. Edmond J. Seifried, Dean of the West Virginia School of Banking, is an internationally recognized economist.
The School provides a learning experience that benefits bankers over the course of their career. Upon completion of the school, students have acquired an understanding of day-to-day banking operations and the role of the financial services industry in the national economy. The school requires attendance on campus with a one-week session for two consecutive years and home study assignments between sessions.
During their two years at the West Virginia School of Banking, students receive 76 hours of classroom instruction, pass a written examination and prepare a formal presentation to the Board of Trustees.
