Fred Dillon has joined DHG Search Advisors as a Senior Recruiting Manager and will provide executive recruiting services from our Charleston, West Virginia office. Fred has a strong background in professional services administration, recruiting, budgeting and human resources. Additionally, he has 11 years of experience in state government in the areas of workers compensation employer relations. Fred has been with DHG Search Advisors’ parent company, Dixon Hughes Goodman for 27 years. In addition to his responsibilities for firm administration and practice management, Fred has provided executive placement services for a number of clients and friends in the region. He has placed accountants, controllers, law firm administrators and has helped fill various other accounting and support positions.
