John McCartney joined the firm in 2014. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense and general litigation. John was recently appointed a position on our Strategic Planning Committee and was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Morgantown in commercial litigation and insurance law.
Shereen Compton McDaniel joined Flaherty’s healthcare practice group in 2013. She is a member of our Business Development and Strategic Planning Committees. Shereen was recognized in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Charleston in health care law and medical malpractice – defendants.
Jason Proctor came on board in 2013 as a member of our complex tort and product liability group. He is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and most recently recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Charleston in product liability – defendants.
