Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce that James W. Lane, Jr. has joined the firm’s Charleston office.
Prior to joining private practice in 1994, Jim clerked for US Bankruptcy Judge Ronald Pearson in Charleston, WV for two years. For almost twenty years Jim has focused his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters. Jim has represented private and public companies, financial institutions and individuals. As Senior Counsel at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, Jim will continue to represent clients across a number of industries with regard to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.
Jim received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College, in Washington, PA in 1986 and his J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia in 1992.
