Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce that Marc A. Rigsby has joined the Firm’s Charleston office. Marc will focus his practice on business formation, regulatory compliance and corporate transactions.
Rigsby joins the Firm from Pullin, Fowler, Flanahan, Brown and Poe with a background in civil litigation. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, Rigsby graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2012.
