Fairmont-based, turnkey engineering, fabrication, electricaland construction firm, Industria l Resources, Inc., expanded and hired three new employees in
March.
Since the downturn of the coal market over the last few years, Industrial Resources, Inc., has adapted to the changing market conditions, which meant expanding their services for the oil and gas industry, transshipment ports, barge loading facilities, aggregate businesses and overland
material handling systems.
“Industrial Resources, Inc., has provided service to the coal industry for the past 72 years and will continue to be a top provider as needed,” said Phillip Burnside, Industrial Resources, Inc., president. “We are proud of what we do and what we have accomplished over the years, but we look forward to the future and new opportunities that will come from using our knowledge and expertise to establish a wider customer base.”
With service expansion, Industrial hired two new design draftsmen, Anthony J. Kelly and Daryl V. Del Re, and a process engineer, Eric R. Wolfe.
“We are excited to be growing our team,” Burnside said. “Each of these men are highly skilled. Their vast knowledge and experience will greatly benefit our clients.”
Kelly, a 2004 Triangle Tech graduate, and past mechanical designer, has 14 years of experience working with AutoCAD and ten years of experience working with Inventor 3D Modeling. He also has an extensive background with SAP, Syteline and Vault.
Del Re brings 36 years of experience in engineering design with a specialty focus in material handling systems to Industrial. In addition to the material handling industry, he also has extensive knowledge of the steel making industry and the bridge flooring industry.
Wolfe, a 2003 Pennsylvania State University graduate, most recently served as the vice president of production at Carbon Innovations, LLC. He has 12 years of engineering, procurement and construction experience in the energy sector. Wolfe has commissioned 30 preparation plant projects in North America in the past decade. Past experience also includes extensive knowledge as a process engineer, senior process engineer and manager of process
engineering.
“Industrial Resources, Inc., is a people-oriented company with an experienced professional team, having more than 200 combined years of service to the energy and aggregate industries designing, fabricating, manufacturing and installing thousands of products, structures and systems,” Burnside said. “I’m confident that adding Anthony, Daryl and Eric to our team will result as a huge asset from each of them for the overall benefit and success for our
company.”
