The Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the members of the Class of 2017 of Leadership Monongalia. “This group of emerging leaders will experience the best of the best that Monongalia County and the Greater Morgantown area has to offer while quickly discovering areas where their unique talents can make our region a better place to live and work,” said Jason Pizatella, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Leadership Mon is a leadership and public affairs development program operated by and through the support of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce. The program spans eight months and includes sessions from September through April. Leadership Mon aims to develop and enhance personal leadership skills, provide knowledge enrichment of Monongalia County and to develop and cultivate community involvement throughout the region.
“We are honored to provide this leadership training to another outstanding group of individuals and look forward to the contributions that each of them will make throughout the program and in the future,” stated Bobbie Conklin, co-program director of Leadership Mon.
