Now in its 24th year, Leadership Putnam County is a 9-week course designed to help understand community issues and provide information on how decisions are made and services are delivered in our county. Classes meet on location with representatives from law enforcement, education, government, utility suppliers, healthcare providers, manufacturers, business owners and more.
Class sessions will be from 8:30 a.m. to noon on nine consecutive Thursday mornings, starting Thursday, April 11. Three optional field trips are also included. Attendance at a minimum of one outside public meeting is a requirement for graduation. The cost is $250 for Chamber members and $300 for non-members. Fee includes class materials and continental breakfast at most sessions.
