The Mon Pathways to Success program works to eliminate barriers for those re-entering the workforce or entering for the first time. Through the delivery of monthly professional development workshops, career counseling, mentorship and experiential education, the program strives to provide a transparent, sustainable and comprehensive program to empower individuals with housing barriers, living in recovery or those with barriers to employment.
