Britteny N. Jenkins’s primary areas of practice are bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation and general defense litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and her law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law. She joins the firm’s Roanoke, Va. office with a strong background working in these areas of law.
Gordon L. Mowen, II will focus on general defense litigation in his law practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Louisville and his law degree from The University of Kentucky College of Law. He joins Spilman’s Charleston, W.Va. office.
Tai C. Shadrick’s primary area of practice is general defense litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from Towson University and her law degree from West Virginia University School of Law. She joins the firm’s Charleston, W.Va. office.
Anna L. Sweigart will focus on general defense litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment law. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She joins Spilman’s Winston-Salem, N.C. office.
