Mountainstate Orthopedic Associates (MOA) is pleased to announce Chad Poage, DO, will join the long-standing medical practice on August 17.
“I am looking forward to building my orthopedic practice in North Central West Virginia and using my expertise to help people in the area,” Poage says.
Poage earned his undergraduate degree in biology from West Virginia University and his medical degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. He also received fellowship training in sports medicine at the Andrews Research and Education Foundation in Gulf Breeze, FL.
“We are excited to bring such an experienced, talented surgeon to our team here at MOA,” says Matthew Darmelio, MD. “We have been delivering quality outcomes to our patients for more than 35 years, and we are sure Dr. Poage will help expand our long-standing reputation, which is extremely important to all of us here in the MOA family.”
MOA has been providing cutting-edge orthopedic care to Morgantown and North Central West Virginia since 1977. The practice specializes in carpal tunnel, rotator cuffs, knee and hip replacements, knee arthritis and sports injuries.
