Orion Strategies, a multi-state strategic communications and integrated marketing firm, is expanding its presence into West Virginia’s eastern panhandle with the opening of a Martinsburg office.
“Orion Strategies has recognized for several years the opportunities that exist in the eastern panhandle,” said Orion Strategies’ Principal, Curtis Wilkerson. “The region is a magnet for jobs and economic growth in West Virginia and we believe that there is a need for the professional services a strategic communications firm like ours can provide.”
Tiffany Lawrence, a former member of the West Virginia House of Delegates with a background in corporate, civic and governmental management, will lead Orion Strategies’ new location.
“Orion Strategies’ expertise in public relations, government affairs, grassroots advocacy and research is an ideal match for my professional and educational background,” said Lawrence. “I have spent my entire career helping organizations and businesses better serve our local communities. My role at Orion Strategies provides me with the tools and resources to tell the story of the great things happening here in this region.”

The opening of the eastern panhandle office marks the firm’s fifth location.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony for Orion Strategies will be held at 651 Foxcroft Ave., Suite 203 in Martinsburg, W.Va. on Thursday, July 12 at 11 a.m. County officials and representatives of the Berkeley and Jefferson County Chambers of Commerce will attend the event. Orion Strategies will welcome clients and community leaders to view its new location and learn more about its services during an Open House reception on Thursday, July 19th at 5 p.m. The public is welcome to attend both events.
