Fisher has over 20 years of executive financial services experience. Most recently he was a regional president at Susquehanna Bank overseeing Commercial and Retail Banking in Washington County, Maryland and Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
R. L. is a graduate of Strayer University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor of science in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Maryland Banking School, the Maryland Graduate School of Banking, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Executive Leadership Program and Leadership Washington County.
He is active in the community and has served on several boards including the Home Builders Association of Washington County, Horizon Goodwill, Washington County Historical Society, Hagerstown/Washington County Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Hagerstown Committee. R.L. is currently the president of the Board of Directors for the Hagerstown YMCA and a member of the finance committee. He is also a member of the finance committee for St. Maria Goretti High School. R.L. resides in Hagerstown with his wife Ann Marie and their two children.
