Concord University is celebrating Earth Day 2014 on Tuesday, April 22 with earth-friendly service projects campus wide. Members of the community are invited to join Concord students, staff and faculty in the annual event.
A limited number of T-shirts will be available for volunteers. The logo appearing on the shirts was designed by Concord student Jessie Crotts, a senior from Princeton, WV, as part of a class project in ART 402 Advanced Advertising. Kevin Bennington, assistant professor of art, teaches the course.
