Jennifer L. Tampoya joined Shuman, McCuskey & Slicer, PLLC, in 2009 as an Associate in the Morgantown office. Her practice focuses on litigation, defending physicians, health care entities, lawyers, and accountants in professional malpractice cases and defending business entities in a broad range of disputes. Ms. Tampoya also advises business clients on organizational, contract, and other issues, and she handles a variety of insurance coverage disputes.
Joseph Cramer joined the firm in 2010 as an associate in the Charleston office. Mr. Cramer attended West Virginia University College of Law where he graduated in the top 10% of his law school class and was awarded membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. Mr. Cramer’s primary area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on consumer financial services law. Mr. Cramer represents financial institutions and other creditors in litigation involving alleged violations of state and federal consumer protection laws. Mr. Cramer’s practice also involves defending insurance clients in general litigation, products liability litigation, and medical and health care litigation.
