Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that Jordan A. Sengewalt joined the law firm’s Wheeling office.
Sengewalt’s primary area of practice is litigation. She has experience assisting clients in commercial litigation and insurance defense, including premises liability and professional liability and licensure. She also has experience serving as Guardian ad Litem to serve the best interests of children in criminal and abuse/neglect cases.
Sengewalt earned her undergraduate and law degrees from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
