Community members are encouraged to donate to CASA of the Eastern Panhandle (CASA-EP) and other nonprofit organizations in the Eastern Panhandle through United Way’s Unity Campaign. Donate now until March 15 and a portion of your donation to CASA-EP will be leveraged by a United Way matching gift, according to the organization.
Funds raised through the Unity Campaign will help it grow its Fostering Futures program. This program seeks to improve the life outcomes of youth in foster care who will age out of the system and other vulnerable youth not living with adequate parental support. With your support, youth will be paired with a specially-trained CASA mentor and participate in skill-building and life-enhancing workshops and events, including the 3rd annual Youth Leadership Summit at Shepherd University.
The Unity Campaign is a 15-day fundraiser powered by United Way of the Eastern Panhandle. In its fourth year, the annual fundraising campaign supports area nonprofits that provide health, education, basic needs, and financial stability programs to individuals and families in the Eastern Panhandle. Donors can contribute to the campaign and 100% of their contribution will go directly to the nonprofit organization of their choice. The BIG bonus is a portion of all donations that will be matched through the generosity of Unity Campaign’s incentive match sponsors.
When you give to CASA -EP through the Unity Campaign, your funds will go towards supporting best-interest child advocacy initiatives.

- Like the Unity Campaign of the Eastern Panhandle Facebook Page
- Share the message of CASA-EP, recruit team members to be a part of the Unity Campaign, and encourage donations to support children in this community. You can do this through email, social media, text or sharing messages throughout the coming weeks.
- Donate to support the Fostering Futures program. You can donate in one of three ways:
