The Foundation for the Thomas Memorial and Saint Francis Hospitals is hosting its 18th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, June 4, 2012 at Edgewood Country Club’s Derrick’s Creek Golf Course. This tournament is a double shotgun with the morning shotgun beginning at 8:00 am and the afternoon shotgun beginning at 1:30 pm.
The Huntington National Bank is the lead sponsor. The grand prize is $25,000 towards the purchase or lease of a new Mercedes from Smith Company Motor Cars or $20,000 cash for a hole-in-one on Hole #2.
Funds raised from the tournament will provide an array of free health screenings and educational programs to the community focusing on low-income families, including the Children’s Health and Safety Fair, Free Flu Shots, the Infant Car Seat Program and many others.
