West Virginia’s new Tri-Share Child Care Program is an innovative initiative designed to make child care more affordable for working families while helping employers attract and retain top talent.
Through a shared-cost model, child care expenses are divided among employers, employees and the state, making high-quality child care more accessible and affordable. All for-profit companies in Boone, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam, Roane and Wirt county are eligible to participate.
