Stephen J. Golder was recognized for his practice in Business and Corporate law. Mr. Golder’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate, land use and zoning law. Mr. Golder is licensed to practice in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Lee M. Hall, a 1990 University of Kentucky College of Law graduate, was recognized for her practice in insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith defense. Ms. Hall serves on the WV Board of Law Examiners, is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and was recently named a West Virginia Bar Foundation Fellow. She has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation and America’s Leading Lawyers in the area of insurance coverage
Barbara J. Keefer, an AV rated attorney, was recognized for her practice in insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith defense. Ms. Keefer is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from the Insurance Institute of America.
Tom Scarr, an AV rated attorney, primarily practices in civil litigation and labor and employment law. Sarah A. Walling was recognized as a Rising Star for her insurance coverage practice. In addition to insurance coverage, Ms. Walling focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, construction litigation, and real estate. She also currently serves as President of the Cabell County Bar Association and is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the Defense Research Institute.
