The next Morgantown Social NetworX (MSNX) Happy Hour will be the held at Pies & Pints Morgantown on Thursday, May 5, from 5:30-8 p.m.
Pies & Pints, a casually cool West Virginia native restaurant and bar, specializes in artisan pizza, signature sandwiches, appetizers and salads. They don’t serve your average pizza—they pay attention to handmade crust, fresh ingredients and unique style.
To complement and further enhance the flavors of their pizzas, Pies & Pints has assembled a unique collection of handcrafted beers in draft pints and from the bottle with a quality nothing less than world-class. From the Trappist monasteries of Belgium, artisanal breweries around the United States and local brewers in West Virginia, there is a pint to fit every mood, occasion and pie. An interesting wine list is also available with wines by the glass.
Pies & Pints’ culinary experience is set in warm, upbeat surroundings with an urban contemporary feel that includes contemporary art, retro light fixtures, flat screen televisions and a variety of seating options from the dining room to the bar to the patio tables.
“The Pies & Pints’ Morgantown location has been supportive of MSNX from their beginnings in 2013,” says Mary Lynn Ulch, founder of MSNX. “We had a happy hour at this location when they first opened, and we are excited to take the MSNX group back again.”
The MSNX Happy Hours are open for anyone to attend, and each attendee is responsible for their own bill. Pies & Pints will offer specials for MSNX attendees, including $2 off all draft and bottled beer, glasses of wine and appetizers. Free parking is provided at Suncrest Towne Centre where Pies & Pints Morgantown is located.
