The South Charleston Chamber of Commerce will host the 6th Annual Boo Bash on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Charleston West, 400 2nd Avenue, South Charleston. Boo Bash begins at 7:00 pm with food and drinks, a costume contest with cash prizes, music by Bravo Live DJ Productions and dancing, silent auction, free psychic readings by Debbie Rutherford, photo booth, and more.
The South Charleston Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring this fundraiser to benefit the Chamber’s Educational Foundation, which awards grants for school-wide and classroom projects in the South Charleston area. The Foundation also provides individual scholarships for post-secondary education. By the end of 2016, the Educational Foundation will have awarded this year over $8,000 in grants and higher education scholarships to area schools and students.
Tickets are only $40/each or 2 for $70. The best deal is to purchase a table of eight with your friends for only $250. All tickets include food, wine & beer. Admission is limited to those guests age 21 and over. Tickets can be purchased online at www.SouthCharlestonChamber.org or over the phone at 304-744-0051. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses in levels ranging from $50-$400. The Chamber is also accepting donations for the silent auction.
Costumes are not required, but are encouraged. Eat, dance, dress up and have your fortune read, all while raising funds for an important cause – because aren’t we all “Batty for Education?”
