Lori brings 30 years of air quality analysis and permitting experience to the Thrasher team. This specialty expands Thrasher’s environmental service offerings to new and existing clients providing long term solutions for regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.

Lori has worked across the Mid-Atlantic region on various air permitting projects which have included Title V, NSR, and PSD air permits. Throughout the course of her career, Lori has forged an excellent relationship with the WVDEP Division of Air Quality’s planning personnel, compliance and enforcement division, and permitting department. Lori has worked with both public and private organizations over the years to provide air dispersion modeling and ambient air monitoring support. She is able to work with a vast array of clients, of varying industries, to provide air quality permitting and compliance strategies, analyze climate and weather data, prepare air emission inventories, support air emissions testing, and prepare toxic release inventories and reports.
