Bowles Rice is pleased to announce that attorney Nicola D. Smith has joined the firm’s Martinsburg, West Virginia office. Admitted to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, she will focus her practice on business, corporate and tax law
Smith’s experience as an attorney includes commercial transactions and litigation, business reorganization and restructuring, business formation, appellate litigation and representation of financial institutions. In addition, she has personal experience as an organizer of various small businesses.
Smith is a 2009 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in psychology from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
