Mardi Gras Casino & Resort officials today announced the hosting of upcoming West Virginia Wheel of Fortune auditions.
The Wheelmobile, which tours nationwide in search of contestants, will be making a stop in Charleston, W. Va. for the first time ever! The event will take place April 22 and 23 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. Applications will be available one hour before each show, with shows beginning at 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., each lasting one hour.
“We are incredibly excited to have Wheel of Fortune coming to Mardi Gras,” said General Manager Bob Lagg. “We are proud to be able to contribute to the local economy by bringing in potential contestants, and we welcome anyone interested to come out to audition.”
Individuals must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Wheel of Fortune auditions – no matter whether they are a contestant or audience member. At the conclusion of the Wheelmobile event, Wheel of Fortune staff will choose the contestants they believe will be the best candidates for the show to take part in a final round of auditions. The final round auditions will take place within a few months after the last event date.

The Mardi Gras Casino & Resort is located off I-64, Exit 47 in Cross Lanes, W.Va.
