Sharp Shooters 2025Sharp Shooters Class of 2025 represents a collection of dedicated, determined and impactful individuals. West Virginia Executive (WVE) recognizes 10 individuals who have made significant contributions in their professional endeavors and community service. This class of Sharp Shooters is composed of leaders across various fields who are actively engaged in their communities and drive West Virginia’s progress forward. The impact of their work extends beyond mere success; it resonates through the lives they touch and the communities they uplift.

To be considered for the Sharp Shooters awards program, individuals must be 44 years of age or older, have been a resident of West Virginia for at least five years, held their current position for a minimum of five years and actively participate in community service and philanthropic efforts while making significant impacts in their career field.

WVE is proud to present this year’s class: Sean Doyle, chief operating officer for McKinley Architecture and Engineering; Terrell Ellis, president and CEO of Advantage Valley, Inc.; David Ferguson, principal and architect for ZMM Architects and Engineers; Curtis Fleming, CEO and host of “Fly Rod Chronicles with Curtis Fleming;” Jason S. Harshbarger, state policy director for Berkshire Hathaway Energy Gas Transmission and Storage; Leasha Johnson, executive director of the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority; Chris Martinkat, president and CEO for STOCKMEIER Urethanes USA, Inc.; Catherine McAlister, executive director for Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health; Ami Shaver, chief human resources officer and executive vice president for United Bank; and Danny Twilley, assistant vice president of economic and community development for the Office of the Provost at West Virginia University.
