Edgewood Summit, Charleston’s premier not-for-profit senior living community, is proud to announce its 30th Anniversary Celebration, marking three decades of dedicated service, innovation and care for older adults in the Kanawha Valley.
The milestone event will take place on Thursday July 30, at Edgewood Summit’s campus located at 300 Baker Lane, Charleston WV 25302. Residents, families, staff and community partners are invited to join the celebration, featuring live music provided by Bob Thompson and Trio as well as Stolen Moments Band, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and a formal dinner.
Founded in 1995, Edgewood Summit was established with a mission to enrich the lives of seniors through compassionate care and vibrant community living. Over the past three decades, it has grown to become a trusted name in independent living, residential care, memory support and skilled nursing.
“This anniversary is not just about our history. It’s about the people who have made Edgewood Summit a special place to live and work,” says Andy Barker, executive director of Edgewood Summit. “We’re thrilled to celebrate this moment with the Charleston community and to look ahead to an exciting future.”
Edgewood Summit invites the media to join in the celebration and experience firsthand what has made the community a cornerstone of senior living in West Virginia for 30 years.
