Apex Companies, LLC – a leading national energy, water resources and environmental consulting and engineering firm – announces the opening of a new office in Charleston, West Virginia and names Ashley LeMasters Program Manager.

LeMasters, who has nearly 10 years of environmental experience in the energy industry, will be tasked with growing Apex’s client base and managing energy related activities in the region. LeMasters most recently worked as Lead Permit Reviewer for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
